Design, construct and project management of BS 5295 class L facility for Kilio pharmaceuticals. This included clean rooms, plant access, controlled environmental areas for specialised manufacture and all associated services.

This project was undertaken from conception to completion and included gaining full MCA and local authority accreditation.

Provision of services for the new facility included design feasibility study and project design incorporation utility services and plant for mixing rooms, filling rooms, cream mix, liquid mix, wash down areas, dispensary and air locks. These rooms included air conditioning, dust extraction, laminar flow booths, steam and air connections, wash down facility in each area, specialised floorings and wall coverings, three phase and 240v power outlets, etc. Each room could be controlled individually and different temperatures set by a user friendly control system located in each room.

This project was completed within an 8 week period.
