This allows a design to be carried out in detail, with full plans and costed schedules presented.

Working with these plans the programme of implementation can be agreed, which in turn means that occupancy, budget flow and management of works be evolved.

Project design fee would be agreed up front, so that your committed spend is carefully monitored. This will include for planning and building control consents as applicable.

Phase spending for the projects with appropriate timescale would then be agreed. Because management costs are included, this means spend can be pre agreed.
