A great deal of our work includes Construction (Design & Management) regulations 1994.
The C.D.M regulations were laid before the British parliament in December 1994 and came into force on 31st March 1995 to address the poor health and safety record of the industry.
The general aim of the regulation is to:
Improve the management process of the industry regarding health and safety of workers and members of the public
To consider all aspects of health and safety in the design stage as well as in construction and maintenance
To reduce ill health in the industry and to prevent accidents
