J&J completed a complete refurbishment programme to 25 apartments within the same building. The works required us to produce design board, finishes and products to compliment the style of building, whilst suiting the client’s budget. We managed the project within tight timescales and with the minimum of disruption to existing tenants. This involved a simultaneous refit of bathrooms and kitchens, as well as all associated make-good reparations.

The flats were able to be marketed at significantly more rental income than before the J&J makeovers.
