Women’s Pioneer have a large property portfolio in the Greater London area, and J&J have partnered with them since 2006 on their ‘More Than Decent’ makeover programme. The works require us to seamlessly project-manage our team to complete extensive refurbishments on period properties. We currently have a turnaround time of 6 weeks from key collection to key handover.

This has meant that Women’s Pioneer can keep their properties tenanted for longer, increasing rental income potential and enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.
